Yes. Claude Cowork (desktop) requires a Claude Pro, Max, Team, or Enterprise plan from Anthropic. We'll help you choose the right tier during your discovery call. Our implementation fee is separate from your Anthropic subscription.
Managed Agents run on Anthropic's API, which is billed based on usage (tokens processed). We build and configure your agents, and API costs are passed through at cost with full transparency. During your discovery call, we'll estimate your monthly API spend based on your automation needs.
Absolutely. Most clients start with a Quickstart engagement to get comfortable with the tools, then expand to Full Implementation or Managed Agents once they see the value. There's no lock-in, and every upgrade builds on top of what we've already set up.
